Parsley gives service providers a clean, simple way to send proposals, get contracts signed, and get paid. Fewer moving parts. Less setup. More done.
You didn't sign up to become a software expert. But here you are, duct-taping four apps together β or paying for a platform so complicated you still haven't finished setting it up.
A doc for the proposal. An app for the signature. Something else for the invoice. And you're the one copying things between them.
The platform does everything: workflows, CRM, scheduling, portals, task management. Except while you only use a couple of those things, you're paying for all of them.
Tutorial videos, help docs, a Facebook group just to figure out how to send a contract. (And you're still not sure you did it right.)
You just want to send a proposal and get paid. Instead you're managing software. That's not what you built this for.
Parsley is deliberately simple. If you can fill out a form, you already know how to use it. Here's the whole workflow. (Yes, it's actually this short.)
Fill in your services, add your logo, set a price. Share a link. Done β no template library to learn, no custom fields to configure first (unless you want to!).
Attach a contract and your client signs right there, in the same flow. Both of you get a timestamped copy automatically.
One click turns the proposal into an invoice. Your client pays through Stripe. Money goes straight to your bank.
No jumping between tabs. No copying data between apps. One place, start to finish β and your brain gets to stay calm the whole time.
Step into a real proposal exactly the way your client would β fill it out, sign the contract, the works. It's a live proposal, loaded with sample data. (Nothing is saved, don't worry.)
We're not pretending that Parsley is finished. The core is solid and we're proud of it. The convenience extras aren't here. Yet.
We ship fast, and beta feedback sets the order. If something on the right is what you need most, tell us β early users have a real say in what comes next.
The complete proposal-to-payment workflow. Nothing locked behind a higher tier.
Yes β for the core workflow. Proposals, e-signed contracts, Stripe card payments, and one-off and recurring invoices all work. The convenience extras (auto-pay, installments, accounting and app integrations, automatic reminders) aren't built yet. If those are deal-breakers, Parsley probably isn't right for you right now β but if you want a simple way to send work and get paid, you're good to go.
Yes. Parsley captures a secure, timestamped electronic signature with an audit trail, and both you and your client receive a signed copy. E-signatures are legally recognized in the US, UK, EU, and most other countries.
Parsley connects to your own Stripe account, so clients pay invoices by card in a single click. Funds go straight to your bank through Stripe β Parsley never holds your money or charges extra transaction fees. Send one-off invoices or set up recurring invoices for retainers.
Yes. Add your business name and logo, and they'll appear on your proposals, contracts, and invoices. (Deeper theming and a fully branded client portal are on the roadmap.)
Parsley will be $18/month. Beta users get it for $9/month β 50% off β and that rate is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed, even if we raise the price for everyone else. It starts after a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin.
Send proposals, sign contracts, and get paid β minus the steep learning curve. Try Parsley free for 14 days, then lock in the founder's price.
